Welcome to CUREVEL run by M Medical Solutions.inc (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
A service contract is deemed concluded when an individual who wishes to use the Service agrees to these Terms and applies through the prescribed process, and the Company accepts such application.
The Company may reject an application if:
The application contains false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
The applicant has previously violated these Terms.
The Company deems the applicant inappropriate for service use.
Services Provided
We offer online concierge support services for foreign visitors and residents in Japan. Our services include:
1.Multilingual health and medical consultations by licensed nurses (via chat, voice, or video)
2.Recommendations for appropriate medical departments and clinics
3.Coordination with CUREVEL partner medical institutions (referrals, appointment arrangements, etc.)
4.Provision of medical interpretation (including online)
5.Medical document translation
6.Summary PDF creation to support communication with healthcare providers
7.Insurance claim support for eligible medical expenses
8.Arrangement and advisory support for medical tourism
9.Other related services deemed necessary by the Company
We DO NOT provide medical diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions. Our service is intended to assist with accessing medical care in Japan .
Eligibility
Our services are intended for:
1.Foreign travelers and residents in Japan seeking non-emergency medical assistance.
2.Users who agree to these Terms of Use and comply with all applicable laws.
4.Service Delivery
Services are provided through digital communication tools such as:
1.Chat applications (LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook Messenger)
2.Video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom)
3.Email or downloadable PDFs
All services are non-physical and provided digitally.
Service Fees & Payments
1.Initial consultation for Medical Tourism is free. Additional services, such as detailed medical consultations and appointment booking, require payment.
2.Payment must be made in advance via Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
3.Service fees are displayed at the time of purchase and must be paid in advance via credit card (Stripe or equivalent).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All reservations and service fees are confirmed only upon payment.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Situations Where Cancellation/Refunds May Apply
1. Time-Based Cancellations (Solo / Essential / Global Plans)
Before the scheduled time: Full refund of the service fee.
After the scheduled time has passed: No refund will be issued, regardless of reason.
2. Hospital Reservation Arrangements
If we cannot secure a reservation at the hospital due to hospital-side conditions or refusal of acceptance, a refund will be provided minus a handling fee of 2,000 JPY (tax included).
Once a cancellation is processed, access to services will no longer be available.
If you wish to continue using other services (excluding the hospital reservation), you may choose not to cancel and continue with your current plan. Please inform us if this is your preference.
3. Document Translation
Translation work begins immediately upon payment.
Therefore, no refunds will be issued for any reason once payment is completed.
Please note: We are not responsible for insurer decisions regarding approval or reimbursement.
4. Interpretation Arrangements
Interpreter allocation begins immediately upon payment.
Therefore, no refunds will be issued for any reason once payment is completed.
5. Nurse Visit / Home Visit
Once staff allocation has been confirmed, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible, regardless of circumstances.
If the patient’s accommodation restricts access (e.g., hotels with strict security, Airbnb) and we are unable to complete the service, any optional service fees will be refunded, but plan fees are non-refundable.
Medical Disclaimer
We are not a medical provider and do not offer medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency services.
In case of a medical emergency, please call 119 (Japan’s emergency number) immediately.
Users are responsible for verifying their insurance coverage and medical expenses before receiving treatment.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
1.Request diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical procedures
2.Impersonate another individual
3.Provide false or misleading information
4.Use services for commercial or resale purposes
5.Harass or abuse our staff
Liability & Indemnification
We are not responsible for any medical treatments, hospital services, or every kind of outcomes.
Users agree to hold us harmless for any medical-related issues arising from their visit to a healthcare provider.
Privacy & Data Security
We handle all personal and medical information in compliance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
Users agree that necessary personal and medical data may be shared with partner medical institutions to facilitate service delivery.

By using our services, you consent to the handling of personal information as outlined therein.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in relation to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
