CUREVEL provides coordination and non-medical support services related to medical tourism and medical assistance. We do not offer medical diagnoses, treatments, or prescribe medications.

Additional Fees 
Depending on the service, the following fees may apply:

Payment Deadline

Payment must be completed at the time of reservation or when confirming the service request.
 
Service Delivery

Payment must be completed at the time of booking or service confirmation. Services are only provided after full payment is received.
 
Cancellations & Refunds

Once a paid service is confirmed and delivered (including coordination or booking), it is non-refundable.

Cancellations of hospital appointments are subject to the policy of each institution.

We generally do not offer refunds after services have been initiated. However, if you experience any issues, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your case.

 

■ In case the reservation cannot be secured

We will make every reasonable effort to arrange a reservation at the requested medical institution. However, in certain cases, reservations may not be possible due to:

Limited availability or hospital-side conditions

Refusal by the medical institution based on their assessment

In such cases, we will refund the service fee after deducting a handling fee of 5,000 JPY (tax included).

If you wish to continue with an alternative hospital, we will provide one additional coordination attempt free of charge, as long as it is requested within 7 days of the original application.

We are not a medical institution. We do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment.

Our role is limited to coordination, support, and language assistance.
