Nurse Visit.

We also connect you with experienced nurses who can provide on-site support and care. A licensed nurse will meet you at your hotel or convenient location for in-person consultation, help you choose the right hospital, escort you to your appointment, and assist with picking up your medication.In certain cases, a nurse will accompany you to a 24-hour emergency clinic or support you during ambulance transport if required.

We offer personalized support from simple consultation to full concierge services with translation and local arrangements.

1. Our service is designed to support, not replace, hospital care.

Our nurses do not perform medical procedures such as diagnosis, prescription, or medical treatment. In case of emergencies or clinical needs, they will promptly connect you to appropriate medical facilities and professionals.

What our nurses can do outside hospitals:

  • Measure vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, SpO₂, etc.).

  • Observe and record symptoms.

  • Support prescribed medication adherence.

  • Assist with daily living (hydration, mobility, hygiene).

  • Escort and support during hospital visits.

  • Provide medical interpretation and translation support.

  • Offer health education and self-care guidance.

  • Initiate response and coordinate with emergency services if needed.

We are not a substitute for emergency response systems. In an emergency, call 119 immediately.

 

2. Pricing transparency

All fees and services are clearly outlined before booking, with no hidden charges. If you have any questions, please contact us — our team is here to ensure you feel safe and informed.

3. Service area

This service is currently available within central Tokyo (mainly the 23 wards). For other regions, please contact us — we will do our best to assist or offer a referral.

Service availability may be limited by region, hospital policy, or resource constraints. We cannot guarantee service provision outside the designated area.

4.Refund policy
We will make every effort to arrange a reservation at the requested medical institution. However, reservations may not be possible due to limited availability or hospital-side conditions, or refusal by the medical institution based on their assessment.
In such cases, we will refund the service fee after deducting a handling fee of
2,000 JPY (tax included).
